The Wellness Support Group

The Wellness Support Group is a membership program to help you achieve your goals regardless of what plan you’re following, or whether you’re even following one. The group is a safe and supportive place to share your goals, struggles, achievements, ask for help, get recipe ideas and inspiration.

Here’s what you’ll receive in addition to the group:

  • Weekly family friendly recipes
  • Weekly video training to help you improve your nutrition, reach your goals and change your relationship with food
  • Monthly live webinars on a range of topics related to nutrition, fitness, mindset, relationships with food, movement and exercise with guest experts
  • Coaching from me within the group at specific times each week
  • Daily posts to help support and encourage you
  • A community of like minded people to support you, pick you up and share your achievements with without judgement
  • Additional resources to help and guide you on your journey

You don’t have to want to lose weight to join the group, just have a desire to improve your health and wellness. There’s no compulsory plan to follow but I will be offering advice and support to help you achieve your goals.
